Naru Security is a leading South Korean cybersecurity company with over a decade of national defense experience and expertise in AI-powered Zero Trust, threat detection, compromise assessments , and secure architecture. The company is now establishing its EU headquarters with a new brand of “CyberExM” in Luxembourg to drive its European expansion.

Project overview
SkyinQ supported Naru Security’s strategic entry into the European market by establishing its Luxembourg subsidiary. The project involved legal setup, compliance with EU regulations, and preparing for market expansion across Europe.

What we delivered

  • Supported legal entity setup of CyberExM S.à r.l., the EU headquarters of Naru Security

  • Prepared and submitted documents for business permit (autorisation d’établissement) and business visa for the legal representative

  • Successfully completed EU FDI Screening documentation in compliance with Luxembourg regulations

  • Provided support for opening a corporate bank account with strategic guidance on KYC documentation

  • Delivered a localized business plan, financial forecasts, and market strategy for Luxembourg and broader EU expansion

SkyinQ supported Tilda’s preparation for international markets by developing a tailored PR and marketing strategy, including content planning, marketing material design and LinkedIn branding.

2024 Digital Twin Solutions

2024 Digital Twin Solutions’ Overseas Expansion Program

About the Program

The program was launched by the Ministry of Science and ICT of South Korea, led by the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), and co-operated by the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA), a global technical testing and certification specialist in South Korea, and Global Digital Innovation Network (GDIN), a specialized agency for supporting global competency enhancement for Korean companies.

This program was designed to support 10 promising South Korean SMEs in expanding their business ventures beyond Korea to the Middle East, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Project Overview:
SkyinQ was selected as the key operational partner for the 2024 Digital Twin Solutions’ Overseas Expansion Program, leading the international PR, marketing, and business development support for 10 innovative SMEs.

SkyinQ supported Naonworks in preparing for future global fundraising and market entry by developing an investor-grade IR deck and aligning internal narratives across teams. The materials were designed to be used from initial investor meetings to detailed due diligence stages.
