SkyinQ was selected to support international growth program organised by Korea Venture Capital Association (KVCA). Altogether 14 innovative life science companies participated in the program that focused on strategic market entry guidance to the European market.

SkyinQ was selected to support the 2025 KVCA Global Corporate Collaboration Program, designed to support international growth. The program was organised by Korea Venture Capital Association (KVCA).

From July to October 2025, SkyinQ provided structured EU market entry advisory and overseas expansion consulting to 14 Korean companies participating in the program.

The participating companies represented key high-growth sectors, including:

  • Bio / Healthcare

  • ESG / Energy

  • Manufacturing / Process

As a Europe-based advisory and acceleration partner, SkyinQ delivered tailored strategic guidance aligned with the realities of the European regulatory environment, investment landscape, and cross-border partnership ecosystem.

The program officially kicked off in July 2025 with structured diagnostic sessions to assess each company’s growth stage, positioning within the sector and European market objectives, enabling to tailor advisory and support to each company's specific needs and objectives.

A key highlight was the September 2025 group seminars, specialized sessions focused on how Korean biotech and technology companies can successfully establish a presence in the EU market. The core of these sessions provided actionable insights into:

  • Investor Expectations: Understanding the key criteria and investment focus of European Venture Capitalists (VCs).

  • Funding and Regulatory Paths: Clarifying pathways for regulatory approval and identifying crucial funding sources within the EU.

  • Global Expansion Strategy: Strategic steps for cross-border partnerships and long-term global scaling.

SkyinQ connected key consultants from our expert network to the program in order to provide individualized strategic recommendations to each company. These sessions addressed detailed topics including insights for example on:

  • Market Strategy: Defining clear international market traction, distribution models, and an effective go-to-market strategy outside of Korea.

  • Investment Pitch Refinement: Guidance on competitive positioning, articulating clear differentiation, and preparing to address critical investor questions.

  • Regulatory & Manufacturing Path: Expert advice on manufacturing roadmaps, GMP-scale production, engaging CDMO partnerships, and achieving necessary certifications (e.g., CE and FDA).

  • Intellectual Property (IP): Comprehensive discussion on core patent protection strategies and broader IP considerations for international markets.

SkyinQ's role in this program reflects our deep expertise in bridging the gap between Asian innovation and European opportunities. Our expert mentorship, combined with tailored, hands-on consulting, is designed to transform promising startups into globally competitive enterprises.
